Lefatshe is a Tswana word meaning “ground” or “earth”.

Combining this with “solutions”, it very aptly describes the nature of our business in our endeavour to be the preferred provider of high quality geological solutions.

Lefatshe Solutions was established in 2004, with the vision of providing high quality solutions to the mining industry where specialised skills are required. We provide geological and mine planning services, focusing mainly on Mineral Resource Management (MRM) for both underground and open pit operations.

Our geologists and mining engineers have extensive experience in Gold, Platinum Group Elements, chrome, iron ore, copper, Zinc, lead, manganese and coal deposits.

Project/consulting experience was gained in countries such as Africa ( South Africa , Namibia , Botswana , Ghana , Mali , Zimbabwe , Mozambique and Guinea ), Australia , Russia and Europe ( Ireland ).

Our consulting/project experience provides a strong basis for adding value to “greenfields” and “brownfields” mining/geological exploration/resource modeling projects, whilst being flexible and very cost effective.
